We merely produce plastic items using images provided by the client. Additionally, we kindly request that you review the information below concerning trademark usage prior to placing your order. The Client requests that the Designer(s) of [Osoka Customs]  create a design (the "Design") that may incorporates certain images, logos, or trademarks (the "Marks") specified by the Client. The Client represents and warrants that:

1. [You] have The Client has the necessary permissions, licenses, or rights to use the Marks in the Design.
2. The use of the Marks in the Design does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

The Designer(s) employed with[Osoka Customs] will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Marks in the Design, including but not limited to trademark infringement.

By purchasing with us you acknowledge and accept this liability waiver.
